This is a vintage Dayak necklace of antique trade beads, genuine undyed coral, and antique Bali silver beads. The blue focal bead is a Chinese Peking glass Qing era Trade winds bead, highly prized by Dayak of Borneo. There are also many antique cobalt blue Venetian trade beads, and some Venetian monochrome Seed beads. 23" size necklace. Dayak necklaces are not normally this intricate and beautiful, this necklace truly stands out in the crowd.
