I do not know what decade this is from. The shirt does not have a tag in it and appears to be homemade. It has 3 beautiful brushed gold tone buttons on each wrist. The neckline can be worn on or off shoulders (pictured). It has a string that is adjustable. The skirt, I cannot read the entire tag. It is nylon and acetate it looks like (pictured). The Miss Eileen tag is sewn in upside down. The skirt is long and has a small waist (measurements in pictures). The top button on the skirt is a vintage Zodiac button. The rest of the buttons match the ones on the wrists of the shirt (pictured). This includes both pieces. What a fun throwback 2-piece set!
